DozyTask

Privacy policy

Effective 12 September 2026. Operator: Zakwan Termizi. Contact: zakwanx@gmail.com.

DozyTask helps you manage tasks, habits, calendars and a lock-screen wallpaper. This policy describes the iPhone app and its optional hosted sync, agent connection and purchases.

On-device use and iCloud

You can use DozyTask without signing in with Apple or Google. Tasks, habits, progress and display settings are stored on your device. When iCloud is available, the app's private store and snapshot can sync through your Apple iCloud account. Wallpaper images are rendered on the device.

Calendar access is optional. The app reads events for the day view and wallpaper and writes events only when you ask. Calendar permission is controlled in iOS Settings. Deleting a DozyTask account does not delete events from Apple Calendar.

Hosted accounts and agent access

Signing in enables hosted task and habit sync. Enabling an MCP agent also creates a hosted account and uploads tasks and habits, even if you have not signed in with Apple or Google. This data is stored using Cloudflare Workers and D1. The agent endpoint may pass requests through Vercel to Cloudflare.

Hosted records include task titles, notes, placement, dates and completion; habit titles, goals, units and dated progress; account identifiers, preferences, trial dates and purchase entitlement status. Apple or Google sign-in may provide a name, email and stable account identifier. We do not receive your provider password. Google sign-in requests basic profile and email access, not Gmail, Drive or Calendar access.

Owner and agent credentials are separate. An agent key can read and change your hosted tasks and habits but cannot manage your account or purchases. Share it only with an assistant you trust. Turning off MCP agent revokes the key on the server; generating a new key invalidates the old one. Your chosen assistant handles data it receives under its own terms.

Purchases and service providers

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes purchase history, product identifiers and entitlement state associated with your DozyTask account identifier so purchases can be verified and restored. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple Account.

Google's sign-in SDK processes identity and device-related information to provide and secure sign-in. This may include an IP address used to estimate a general location for fraud prevention. Its bundled privacy manifest also declares contact information, device and user identifiers, usage data and other data for functionality or analytics. DozyTask does not request precise location, advertising identifiers or tracking permission.

Cloudflare and Vercel process requests and operational metadata, such as network addresses, request paths, timing and errors, to deliver and protect the service. Data may be processed outside your country by these providers. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Provider information: Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Cloudflare and Vercel.

Your choices, retention and deletion

Hosted account records remain until you delete the account. In DozyTask, open More → Account → Delete account. A linked account asks you to confirm with the same sign-in provider. Deletion removes the hosted account, tasks, habits and agent credentials and clears the task and habit copies on this device and in the app's iCloud store. Sign-out alone keeps the account and local data.

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records for billing, fraud prevention and purchase restoration. Provider logs and backups follow their retention policies. If in-app deletion is unavailable, or you want to access or correct personal information, contact zakwanx@gmail.com.

Children

DozyTask is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
